Myspace reduces the bitrate of uploaded mp3s, and most programs that rip directly may reduce it even further.

It'd be best if sonny has the file on his computer and just uploads it to zshare.net or something, but that's just my advice

Audio Hijack would be sort of a last-case scenario, but the quality would still be pretty much acceptable for a podcast, though not to play in a club or on a good stereo system. I did that with the Ben Grimm one in the first podcast and the sound quality was ok-ish.
