Yesterday was the birthday for Deshaun Holton, better known as Proof from D12. As a tribute to not only one of our favorite artists, but also our brother, RapBasement got together with DJ Assassin to create free Proof mixtape entitled “Proof – Mayor Of Detroit.”

The double disc compilation features many unheard songs & versus from the late rapper along with audio clips from interviews, home video footage and live shows. D12 members, along with other friends of Proof, add even more of a personal touch by telling stories about Proof and expressing how much he meant to them.
